Location: Spotted twice on milkweed in southwest meadow; 2009; in summer 2010 were present in front meadow and feedlot meadow all season. Photo is in feedlot.
The monarch is perhaps the best known of all North American butterflies. Monarchs are especially noted for their lengthy annual migration.
